Hyderabad:The Telangana Government today transferred 15 IPS officers.
Among them, J Purnachandra Rao, a 1988-batch officer, was posted as Additional Director General, ACB. Before this, he was the chairman of Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board.
Govind Singh, 1990-batch officer, Additional Director General of Police (Operations, Greyhounds and OCTOPUS), was now posted as Additional Director General of Police, CID, a government order said.
Jitender, a 1992-batch IPS officer, was promoted as an Additional Director General and posted as the Director of the State Police Academy.
Soumya Mishra (1994), Inspector General of Police, CID, was transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, Welfare.
