Task force police arrested two persons, including son of a retired IAS officer, for cheating the banks through fake documents.
According to West Zone Task Force Inspector Raja Venkat Reddy, police arrested Vijay Kumar (34) and his friend Murthy (45). Vijay Kumar is the son of retd. IAS officer Bhaskar. The duo was cheating various banks through fake documents. They had obtained nearly 3 crore from the banks by cheating. Non-bailable warrants were also pending against them. Task force West Zone team handed them over to Banjara Hills police.
