Agra: Bringing disgrace to the father-daughter relation, a 58-yr-old Police officer raped his 35-yr-old married daughter after she decided to stay the night at the police post in Agra on Monday.
The victim filed a complaint alleging that her father Vijendra Singh Yadav, assistant sub-inspector at the Manth chowki in Mathura, raped her on Monday when she visited him at Police post.
The accused has confessed to the crime saying his daughter had ‘provoked’ him to do so. The victim has two children and stays with her in-laws in Firozabad.
She further stated in her complaint that “I thought my father must have changed in so many years, but I was proved wrong,” saying she had been sexually abused at her father’s hand when she was 14-yrs-old.
According to reports, she said she came to Agra to go through some medical tests and decided to stay the night with her father after it got too late to return back to her in-law’s house in Firozabad. Her husband works with a private company in Chandigarh and that she called her husband reporting the incident and he called the Police.
The accused was about to retire in the next three days and was looking forward to staying with his son’s and grandchildren after retirement said his colleagues. The victim will go undergo medical tests and a case has also been registered by the Police, TOI reported.
