New Delhi. Sept. 3 : The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Thursday filed a charge sheet against the accused involved in the Rs. 1,00 crores CNG fitness scam.
The ACB has filed the charge sheet against nine persons, including two retired IAS officers.
Earlier, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia questioned the Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung’s reported move to “sanction” the filing of the chargesheet in connection with alleged multi- crore CNG fitness scam.
Sisodia had issued a note to senior officers of the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) M K Meena and S S Yadav to submit a detailed report on the issue by September 7. (ANI)
