Anarkali Khatun, the girl with no hands but all prepared for Board exams

Kolkata: She is Anarkali Khatun, born without both her hands yet she is all geared up for the Board exams.

Her disability does not hold her back and with sheer hard work, Khatun becomes an inspiring example of human grit and determination.

A native of West Bengal and a daughter of a poor farmer, Khatun with the help of her mother perfected the art of writing with her feet.

“We all feel proud of her that she has come this far with her hard work,” her sister is seen as saying in a video posted by India Today Television.

Khatun wants to pursue a career in teaching and wants to teach others.

“I want to be a teacher and want to teach others. I want people like me should feel motivated by me,” Anarkali Khatun is seen as saying in the video.

Muslims in West Bengal are lagging in all sorts and are comprising both socially and educationally most backward and poor people.
