The Role
Key responsibilities:
• Communicate all group entities to have The Company digital branding policies enforced in their digital entities
• Ensure The Employer is portrayed well digitally

Set a standard which all group companies would follow digitally which would include websites, emails, social media, digital ads/banners and the areas covered would be:
• Logo usage & identity guidelines
• Spacing, Layout & grids
• Colors and combinations
• Color on photos/pictures
• Fonts/Typefaces
• Imagery
• Tone of voice
• Copy writing guide
• Corporate communications
• Basic coding guidelines
• Web Guidelines
• Presentations & Document Files

• Maintain and regularly update all the websites of the group using content and information from across the group
• Regularly add features to the websites and refresh the look and feel of the sites
• Coordinate with different units and departments to collate data and ensure reflection of the same online
• Make an overview of the digital marketing activities undertaken and advice on best international standards
• Coordinate with vendors and unit In charge for the digital marketing efforts of each clinic.
• Engage with external vendors, unit In charge and other decision makers to identify the keywords requiring publicity online and implement AMC to rank higher for them
• Regulate and plan SEO and SEM for The Company and optimize to provide optimum ROI
• Regulate proper tracking, continuous testing, and ongoing optimization of landing pages
• Undertake regular proactive optimization based on data analysis – focusing on conversion and lead generation
• Manage the content and Search Engine Optimization of the web site on a daily basis
• Collect email addresses from time to time by coordinating with concerned
• Support online & off-line campaigns to increase database
• Consult on the best practices to be used to collect information from offline sources
• Conduct campaigns on regular basis on various sources including website, social media and with external partners
• Engage with external vendors for making html emails and templates
• Reduce spam complaints and click through ratios
• Implement auto responders and auto email mechanisms for new customers & registrants and ensure that customers are contacted immediately upon addition to our database
• Create different lists with segmented campaigns
• Run and maintain permanent campaign for newsletter subscription
• Moderate & monitor social media channels
• Coordinate regarding new creatives and updation of the existing creatives for social media
• Update G+ channels regularly and ensure all information is in a presentable format and has maximum reach
• Ensure maximum viewership of corporate videos in social media
• Keep up to date mobile application & ensure latest technology is being used
• Coordinate with vendors & IT team to have the latest technologies in place
• Ensure that the group website adhere to the latest mobile site policies and that all the sites are mobile friendly
• Analyze results of campaigns and identify proper keyword and run customized campaigns regularly
• Conduct live events online
• Purchase ads in popular online sites for brand building and sales activities
• Promote Health Watch by having its own mobile app and circulation of the Digital Magazine
• Ensuring Mobile App is correctly working always
• Pre-launch, launch and post-launch online promotions for mobile app awareness and download.
• Regular campaigns (incentivized and non-incentivized) to ensure maximum app downloads.

• Graduate in Business or equivalent/ MBA in Marketing
• Specific / Relevant Experience: Experience in Healthcare / Advertising Agency experience

The job holder will be responsible for project-managing, implementing, updating and bug-fixing all non-standard content online. This role implements or liaises with IT support to produce and upload all non-written content, and fixes any frontend bugs or time-sensitive issues that are unable to be resolved
