“Bharat Bachao, Bharat Badlo” campaign to start on 15th July by leftist student organizations

Hyderabad: Against the ongoing atrocities on Minorities and Dalits, the students’ organizations of the leftist parties have started their campaign. They have raised the slogans “Bharat Bachao, Bharat Badlo”. All India Students’ Federation of CPI has planned to start countrywide campaign from 15th July.

Mr. Syed Waliullah Qadri, National President of AISF in a press statement issued yesterday told that the activists of the organization will visit the entire country and meet the secular-minded political leaders in order to create awareness. Mr. Qadri further told that if the secular forces keep quiet, the Sangh Parivar would change the entire India. In the name of cow, Dalits and Muslims are being targeted. They are beaten and killed in public. It is a danger for the functioning of the democracy in the country. He bitterly criticized the Modi Govt. and said that it is taking actions against the promises it made. He made a reference to Najeeb who is missing from JNU, Rohit Vemula of HCU and said that there is a need for the reformation in the election system. The students’ organization demanded that elections should be held in the name of the party and not in the name of the candidate. He requested all the secular minded political parties to get united.

The campaign will start from Kanyakumari and the entire country would be covered.
