Chennai: BJP today named its candidates for the polls in Thanjavur, and Aravakkurichi constituencies and bypoll in Thirupparankundram, all scheduled to be held on November 19.
S Prabhu and M S Ramalingam will be contesting from Aravakkurichi, and Thanjavur constituencies respectively. In Thirupparankundram, Prof R Srinivasan will be the candidate.
The ruling AIADMK, main Opposition DMK and PMK have already named their candidates in all three constituencies.
The four party front PWF and G K Vasan-led TMC have said they would boycott polls.
The list was released by the party’s Central Election Committee in Delhi, state BJP unit here said.
