Hyderabad: Civil Service coaching for minority students finally began in 3 private institutions. Current year government has approved a unique scheme under which students can get coaching in the institution of their choice.
During the first year, 100 students have been declared eligible for admission but only 86 students have taken admission so far. Officials hope that the remaining students will also soon take admission.
The coaching is being provided to increase minority representation in Civil Services. Although coaching was provided to minorities earlier also through CEDM but it didn’t prove fruitful hence keeping in view the stiff competition government has decided to provide coaching through renowned private coaching centres of the city.
