The address of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on the occasion of Telangana foundation Day has disappointed Muslims. During his long address Chief Minister briefly mentioned development of minorities and backward classes but forgot important promises made to Muslims, including 12% Muslim reservations.
Muslims were expecting that CM will surely mention his promise on the completion of two years of his rule and will clear government’s stand on the issue but disappointing lakhs of Muslims, Chief Minister celebrated his 2 years rule without paying attention towards the largest minority. Chief Minister didn’t include Muslims who played key role in bringing TRS to power.
Government spent crores of rupees for publicising its achievement and government schemes but there was no mention of the promises made to Muslims.
