Cognizant is hiring Team Leader Training Finance & Accounts in Hyderabad on 14th March 2016 – Monday
Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years of Experience in Business Training role-preferably Finance & Accounts Domain
Education : Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream
Location : Hyderabad
Skills Required :
Excellent communication and networking skills, strong service mindset
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, good business judgment
Proficiency in Power Point, Outlook, and ideally excel
Ability to work in all shifts
Experience in working in BPO(S)
Deliverables –
Responsible for all new migrations/transition and smooth knowledge transfer (including training methodology, process mapping, training, learning path , governances and stakeholder management)
Training governance – responsible for ensuring proper monitoring, mentoring and training of new hires
Feedback and coaching to trainers to ensure training effectiveness facilitating improvisation of training material ,goal setting and evaluation
Managing Pre- process trainings
Floor Support, Conduct Audits and Feedback for the targeted population, scoring them according to the business parameters, maintaining process/error reporting and feedback with the objective of improving scores on key business metrics
To identify training and development inputs required and design Training interventions to achieve business objectives.
To manage and identify programs/workshops, which meet the identified training needs and business imperatives.
To coordinate training programs across towers and ensure integration of strategy/training inputs across functions and levels.
To evaluate the impact of training, the efficacy of the Training programs, Training methodologies in use, on an ongoing basis.
To ensure timely management and training calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders to roll it out
Review and consolidate the Training Development Plan process and manage performance for SME
Strengthen the training delivery based on identified training needs.
Relook at the existing functional training framework. Assess and modify it to address the changing business requirements.
Monitor and actively use outcomes to identify the tangible benefits of training and development
Coordinate with all functions to driven initiatives
Building an environment of minimum trainings per employee, coordinating logistics and taking accountability to deliver effective programs
Effective Stakeholder management internal and external
Responsible for data management and accountable for internal & external audit compliance
