TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy has stated former Prime Minister late P V Narasimha Rao made the nation to stand strong economically by introducing economic reforms when the nation was facing financial troubles.
Uttam Kumar Reddy paid floral tributes at PV Ghat on the occasion of 12th death anniversary of PV Narasimha Rao here on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, Uttam said he had personal intimacy with PV and the latter was a multi-lingual expert and it was proud to say that such an intellectual across the world was from Telugu soil.
The Congress cadre in Gandhi Bhavan paid tributes to PV Narasimha Rao. TPCC vice-president Dr Mallu Ravi, general secretary Premlal, former Whip T Jagga Reddy and others participated in the program. The leaders recalled the services rendered by PV Narasimha Rao to the nation. (NSS)
