The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.

The Core Foundation Services team (CFS) is the team responsible for providing end to end support for several technologies that are used across the company. This includes Configuration and Orchestration, Identity Management, Name Services, Enterprise Monitoring Solutions, and automation tools used to manage these technologies.

The Risk & Controls team within CFS is seeking a candidate to perform cross tower process standardization, metrics reporting, service reviews, operational efficiency analysis, and assist in staffing assessments.

Responsibilities include:

Tracking risks and driving remediation activities

This is a demanding role, as the candidate must be capable of leading technical bridges and interfacing with both executive management and audit teams

Assertiveness and concise communication skills are essential for success

The ideal candidate should have the following skill sets:

Proven ability developing relationships with business owners, communicating project/program status, and understanding detailed business requirements across multiple project initiatives
Strong analytical skills and ability to foresee and manage risk
Demonstrated ability to work across disparate organizational boundaries to accomplish common objective
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to negotiate, compromise and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations and to interact effectively with senior management across diverse cultures

MBA or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field preferred.
