CREDAI property show launched City development plan in 3 months: KTR

Municipal Administration, Industries and IT Minister KT Rama Rao today stated that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has resolved all the issues pertaining to real estate sector in the State.

Inaugurating a three-day CREDAI Property Show at Hitex here on Saturday along with Minister G Jagadish Reddy, leaders and realtors, KT Rama Rao stated that a comprehensive plan for Hyderabad development will be brought out in three months. The plan will address the key problems like roads, traffic snarls, clogging of rain waters, storm water lanes and others, the Municipal Administration Minister maintained. The minister said that the plan will be one of its kind in the country to ensure that such problems will be addressed at the earliest.

KCR is making efforts to develop Telangana as number one state in India.  A strong foundation is being laid by the state government for transforming the state into number one in real estates and other sectors he noted. Since the real estate sector problems have already been solved in the state the realtors can now expand to nationwide, he said. Every sector is keenly looking at Telangana for making rapid strides he said adding that the real estates sector will see a new leap in the state and become a role model for others. Hyderabad development plan is cards and to be unveiled in three months, the IT Minister maintained. (NSS)
