Brothel raided, 4 arrested

(Siasat News): The special operation team of Rachakunda unearthed a sex racket operated in L B Nagar zone.

Police in its operation arrested four organizers including two women in Pochampally police limits and took the custody of 6 sex workers. This operation was conducted on a tip-off and Rs. 5950 and other objectionable articles were also seized.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

Kidnap and rape attempt foiled

(Siasat News): An attempt to kidnap and rape of a minor girl was foiled. This incident actually occurred on Tuesday but came into light following the complaint of the girl.

According to police sources, two notorious young boys were arrested with the co-operation of the people of the locality.

They are identified as Ramesh and Srikant. On Tuesday evening the duo was waiting outside the school of the girl where she was studying in class IX.

As soon as she came out of the school, the accused tried to push her into their car but in the meantime, she had raised an alarm alerting the people around.

They immediately came into action and beat the boys and handed them over to the police. Further investigations are on.

Failed love affair led to suicide

(Siasat News): A dejected lover in Hayathnagar committed suicide. The deceased Shivashankar Brahmachari, 28, was a private school teacher who jumped from the 4th floor of the building to end his life.

Police sources further said that the teacher before jumping had poured kerosene on his body and set himself ablaze and took a leap to the ground that killed him instantly

In its preliminary investigation, police said that the deceased was failed in his love affair.

Hayathnagar police is further investigating.

Man dies in road accident

(Siasat News): A man died in a road accident occurred in KPHB police limits. Police sources said that the deceased Chinaiah, 53, was a painter and residing at Kukatpally.

On December 34, he was severely hit by a four wheeler when he was crossing the road. Chinaiah was badly injured and was admitted to a hospital where he died last night during the treatment.

Police is further investigating.
