Description

We are looking for candidates to work with us as Customer Service Executive in Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah Branches

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling the complete proceedure for passport and visa services as per the standards of Indian Mission.
2. Answering queries of all applicants and guiding applicants on rules and regulations.
3. Communicating and guiding applicants in a polite and helpful manner.
4. Responsible for data entry without errors.
5.Constantly updating self on product knowledge.
6.Guiding applicants on the process.
7. Cash handling and reporting accurately.
8. Flexible to work in different location and work timing.

Requirements
1. Good Communication and interpersonal sklills.
2. Experience in customer service, call center or document services.
3. Computer Skills

We will provide Employment visa, medical insurance and Annual ticket.
