The 70th Independence Day celebrations were held on grand scale in Telangana Bhavan in New Delhi. State government’s special representative K M Sahani hoisted the flag at Shabari Black in Telangana Bhavan.
Earlier, State government’s special representatives Ramachandru Tejawath, KM Sahani, Telangana Bhavan Resident Commissioner Shashank Goel received police honor.
Speaking on this occasion, Ramachandru said that the nation achieved freedom with the sacrifices of several martyrs. The Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was striving to keep the Telangana State, which was being achieved with the sacrifices of several martyrs, number one in the nation by preparing several schemes and plans.
