JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role Description Security Directory Services Lead
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Vendor/Partners for all aspects of run/maintain including monitor and support of Active Directory services, consistent with SLAs and KPIs
Monitor the Active Directory global server infrastructure
Review daily health checks of the Active Directory and report problems through a daily service review
Consistently monitor Active Directory servers and clients for proper name resolution within the domain name system environment
Coordinate with vendor to ensure operational support and management of the standard configuration of the Active Directory
Ensure the vendor provides Active Directory access and provisioning services as per agreed timelines, including distribution lists, reports and password resets
Responsible for audits and security review
Ensure vendor performs Active Directory “Organizational Unit” and group policy creation and management as approved by DuPont.
Ensure vendor manages Office365 attributes including universal security groups, mail attributes and other objects
Review privileged accounts assigned to the vendor each month and remediate any Problems
Verify that all Active Directory objects are in the proper domain and “Organizational Unit
Provide Active Directory certificate service management
Ensure the vendor creates and maintain necessary development and pre-production Active Directive environments for testing and reliable deployment
Monitor Active Directory replication in a manner that verifies replication is completed efficiently while balancing network replication load for each forest
Conduct audit and analyze the results at least once each year about the ‘health check’ of the Active Directory environment
Ensure the vendor delegate all their Active Directory administration accounts to the most restrictive level to perform the applicable task
Provide and support Active Directory Federation and Active Directory Claims based security
Provide recommendations and Active Directory support relating to implementation integration for the major DuPont systems for security and directory management (e.g., myAccess, EIS Authentication, Enterprise Directory, and Portal LDAP or profiles)
Ensure continued alignment with Active Directory Design documentation and Active Directory Security Design documentation
Support Audits including preparation, evidence gathering and follow-up actions
Work with application owners who provide support for Lightweight Directory Access Protocol directory resources
Drive governance for Active Directory
