Meet divisions profitable growth goals.
Act as liaison between the division and the field.
Identifies technology, growth trends, global competitive factors and forecasts in market segments.
Identifies and develops new products and opportunities for existing products to meet targets.
Coordinates development and implementation of product commercialization.
Creates marketing programs and evaluates market reactions to advertising programs.
Communicates with customers and develops strategies and programs to satisfy both internal and customer requirements.
Recommends changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives.
Manages, trains, and develops team members and evaluates work performance.

Education-
UG: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
PG:MBA/PGDM – Marketing
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required, Any Doctorate – Any Specialization
Engineering Graduate. MBA is preferred.
Ideal candidate has 10 to 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical field requiring frequent customer interaction; 3 to 5 years of the above experience in supervision of professional sales people.
Experience in Rubber / Hose, Hydraulics or Engineering industry preferred.
Strong leadership qualities and influencing skills.
Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper opportunities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
Ability to interact effectively with Global Leaders, Customers, Peers, employees across the levels.
Ability to handle difficult situations & conversations professionally and amicably.
