Hyderabad: Chief Secretary of Govt. of Telangana, Dr. Rajiv Sharma held a video conference with Collectors. He told that at 10:30 a.m. on 11th October, all the newly formed districts would start functioning. Flag hoisting ceremony would be performed in Collectorates. National Anthem would be played and cultural programs would be offered. He advised them to take photographs of the offices with new signboards. He informed that recruitments would be done as per the guidelines of Presidential notifications.
