The Registrar General of Hyderabad High Court has informed in a notification that the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will be closed for Dussehra vacation, from October 3 to 7, 2016 (both days inclusive).
During the vacation, Justice C Praveen Kumar and Justice T Sunil Chowdary will sit as Division Bench on October 6, and Justice S V Bhatt as Single Bench on the same day. Date of filing is October 4. Justice Bhatta sitting in Single Bench will take up Writ petitions. After completion of Division Bench Work, Justice Praveen Kumar will take up single Bench criminal matters; and Justice Sunil Chowdary will take up Single Bench Civil matters.(NSS)
