Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali has convened a high-level meeting on May 26 to review arrangements for the forthcoming Holy Month of Ramzan.
The meeting, to be held at D-Block of Telangana Secretariat on May 26 at 5 PM, would be attended by Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy, public representatives and senior officials of various departments. The State Government has directed the officials to come up with an Action Plan to provide required facilities to the devotees during the month of Ramzan. The government might also discuss and finalise the plan to distribute clothes and other sops among poor Muslims during the holy month. (INN)
