1) Checking, Verification & Processing of payables/receivables and reconciliation of Inter segmental accounts.
a) Responsible for checking & verification of payables/receivables and process as per the schedule.
b) Responsible to make timely payments against the bills by ensuring funds in coordination with Corporate Finance & Account Team.
c) Responsible for reconciliation of Inter segmental accounts, suppliers accounts, purchase and traveling advances etc., on monthly basis in coordination with concern teams.
d) Responsible to cross verify the cash balance as per SAP with physical cash at the time of closing.
e) Obtaining balance confirmation for receivables/payables on quarterly basis.
f) Responsible to ensure cash in safe as per the insured limits and preserving cash properly in safe under lock and key.
2) Petty Cash handling and reconciliation of cash & bankbooks.
a) Responsible to plan, maintain and arrange petty cash payments through voucher duly verification of bills from time to time.
b) Responsible to reconcile the petty cash accounts transactions with bankbooks on day-to-day basis without any deviations.
c) Cheques toward operational payments should be issued after ensuring sufficient funds in the respective bank account.
d) Responsible for BRS.
3) Coordinate & ensure timely making all statutory payments of Branch Office / Plants.
a) Responsible to coordinate with concern and ensure to release the statutory payments like Sales Tax, Income Tax.
b) Responsible for statutory compliance on cash as per IT Act.
4) Coordinate in Internal & Statutory Audits and rectifications on audit queries as per the schedule.
a) Responsible for coordinate in internal & statutory audits are completed as per the schedule.
b) Rectification on audit queries, observation as per the schedule.
5) Physical verification of Stocks & Analysis of material losses, confirmation of assets.
a) Responsible to Physical verification of all stocks and assets and report to be submitted to HO.
b) Responsible for material losses of the Sales Office and conduct analysis and ensure losses are within the norms as per the company policy.
c) Responsible for confirmation of assets at Sales Office.
6) Preparation & submission of functional MIS.
a) Responsible to prepare monthly MIS report on budget Vs Actual; Account head wise funds management and necessary information to the concern reporting authority as per the schedule.
b) Monthly provisions cleaning all GL/sub-ledgers balances
c) Periodic closure of books of accounts as per schedule.
7) Ensure to monitor, updation & implementation of Financial Module of ERP.
a) Responsible to ensure to monitor, updating required data in financial Module of ERP.
b) Responsible to generate reports by using ERP as per the requirement of the management.
c) Responsible to prepare cash flow statement showing opening balance, receipts, deposits and closing cash.
