Four suspects were arrested on Friday in connection with the murder of a cashier at HP petrol bunk in Kukatpalli. The accused identified as Shiva, Balaram, Aneesh and Nikhil will be produced before the court.
The Kukatpalli police said the four suspects came to the HP petrol bunk in Kukatpally area on Wednesday night and asked for petrol to be filled in their vehicle. When the bunk employees refused to give petrol as the pump was already closed for the day, the accused clashed with the former and bludgeoned to death cashier Sanghameshwar. Pump manager Raju was also injured in the attack. One of the accused Aneesh is stated to be son of a former TDP corporator Babu Rao. (NSS)
