Omer Abdullah’s reaction on the appointment of Yogi Adityanath as UP CM

Srinagar: Omar Abdullah, former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Opposition and Working President of National Conference (NC) criticized Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Mahbooba Mufti over Yogi Adityanath’s appointment as UP CM. He tweeted, “Your friends and allies have chosen a man who called for the dead bodies of Muslim women to be raped as CM”.

In another tweet, he questioned CM of J&K, “Do you still want to try and fool the people of Kashmir, especially those who trusted you in 2014, that a new Vajpayee like era is starting?”

He further said, “Today 18% (or there about) of the population of India’s most populous state must be terrified of what the future has in store for them”.
