The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) will accept the de-notified Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 500 currency notes as payment towards Property Tax and Trade License Fee till November 11 for the financial year 2016-17 and previous arrears.
Speaking to INN on Thursday night, GHMC Commissioner Dr. B. Janardhan Reddy said that the Property Tax and Trade License Fee could be paid through de-notified Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 500 currency notes up to midnight on November 11 (Friday). The payments can be made at all Citizen Service Centres of GHMC in all wards or at the Mee Seva Centres. He appealed to the citizens to utilise the opportunity. (INN)
