GHMC Commissioner Dr. B. Janardhan Reddy on Saturday visited several areas of Karwan Assembly Constituency and inspected various civic works.
Accompanied with Karwan MLA Kauser Mohiuddin, the GHMC Commissioner also inspected Tolichowki bridge works and directed the concerned officials to complete the works on priority. During interaction with the local residents, he assured that the repair of road near Tolichowki Bridge would be taken up after Water Board finishes its works.
The Commissioner inspected the construction of retaining wall and directed the officials to take up open drain works and to be completed in the stipulated time. He also visited Jiaguda areas where he directed the officials to raise a temporary boundary wall around one open garbage point.
Dr. Janardhan Reddy also inspected civic works at Puranapul, Shaikpet and other places.
Zonal Commissioner Gourval Uppa, Chief Engineers Imtiyaz Ahmed and Suresh and Deputy Commissoiner (Circle-11) Venu Gopal and other senior officials of various wings were also present. (INN)
