Greed lands five Hyderabadi youths in trouble, Police arrests them for exchanging demonetized currency

Hyderabad: Task Force of Hyderabad City Police arrested a five member team including an Engineering student for making an attempt to get demonetized currency worth Rs. 99 lakh exchanged.

V. Sai Kumar Reddy (22), a student of Sri Indu Engineering College, Ibrahimpatnam and his friend, P. Sai (24) planned to get demonetized currency exchanged. A person by name Praveen received the canceled notes and promised commission. They sought the help of their friend Prasad, a resident of Narasaraopet. Prasad informed about this plan to his other friends, Naginder and Ram Babu. All these five persons reached Sanjiviah Park to get the demonetized currency exchanged. Police arrested them and seized the currency.
