Hectic lobbying underway, as Govt. gears up for appointments in Minority Institutions

Hyderabad: Government has intensified its activities in connection with appointment on government Minority institutions. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao wishes to complete appointment process on nominated posts before completion of two and a half years of TRS government. Chief Minister is looking into the list received from Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali in this connection, so that leaders associated with the party since its inception and those who played key role in Telangana movement can be selected. According to sources keeping in view the large number of aspirants Chief Minister has decided to nominate Muslim leaders on some non-minority institutions also besides minority institutions.

The institutions where appointments will be made include Minority Finance Corporation, Urdu Academy, Minority Commission, Hajj Committee, SETWIN, Meat & Poultry Corporation, Quli Qutub Shah Urban Development Authority and Hyderabad Urban Development Authority.

Hectic lobbying has begun among leaders aspiring to get the posts.
