This job role requires candidates to provide IT support services related to troubleshooting of basic hardware, software and managing assets and procurement activities.
Receive and record technical, application and/or asset related support calls from end users
Assists with the provisioning and deployment of hardware and software to end users
Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades etc.
Escalate to appropriate supervisor when needed and monitor progress on critical priority tickets.
Oversee and coordinate with all IT department support service providers for hardware and software procurements and renewals
Perform asset management activities (procurement, receipt, inventory, tracking, distribution, etc.)
Managing software usage and license tracking
Create monthly scorecard reports on vendor performance and adherence to SLA metrics, Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts.
Review and maintain records for all contracts entered into with technology vendors
