Washington : The first thing that popped up in Cameron Diaz’s mind when she met her husband Benji Madden was, “He’s hot.”
After a whirlwind courtship and wedding with Benji, the 43-year-old actress in a recent invert view spoke about how she met ‘Benj’ and their relationship turned to marriage, reports E! Online.
“It was one of those things where everyone tells you, ‘You just know when you know.’ I was like, ‘What does that mean?’ Oh, I get it. ‘You just know when you know.’ Like you’re my husband,” she explained.
Although she knew Benji’s sister-in-law, Nicole Richie, and his brother, Joel Madden, for a couple of years, ‘The Other Woman’ actress and her hubby didn’t really cross paths.
The couple didn’t formally meet until she hosted a dinner party at her house with Nicole and Joel.
When Cameron saw Benji again, she felt, “he’s still hot,” and that’s how they started dating and rest is history. (ANI)
