On behalf of a European Professional Services company we are Recruiting an Administration Assistant to join the Media City based Dubai Office.
• Providing of corporate services, preparation of invoices and handling transaction
• Instructions and B2B communication
• Writing corporate documents
• Market research on specific industries in the UAE and abroad
• Creation of Powerpoint presentations, adverts and website editing (no coding required)
• Newsletter and information letters to clients
• Fluent in English (very good writing and speaking skills required; Additional languages are a plus ie. German)
• Proficient Microsoft Office User on Mac and Microsoft
• International experience
• Strong research skills
• Team Worker
• Marketing, PR and Web Design skills
Salary circa 10,000 AED per month to be reviewed after 3 months
