Job Description:

I.Position Summary:

Individuals performing this role are responsible for Trade Processing and break resolution activities across various investment banking products in areas such as Confirmation matching, Trade Settlements, Nostro break investigation & resolution, inter-system reconciliations and claims and collateral management, working in an extremely high risk, time critical and dynamic atmosphere dealing with a road spectrum of clientele with unique requirements. They are also responsible for quality reviews and conducting trainings on process/product.

III.Typical Responsibilities

Business / Customer:

Effectively address client queries with timeliness and accuracy
Understand client requirements and ensure effect business delivery is achieved
Provide relevant client specific statements and information as per the requests received


Liaise with a set of extremely sensitive external clients globally via phone / email, covering asset managers, hedge funds, corporate treasuries, inter-banks and any other financial institutions to investigate and resolve breaks related to financial mismatches, MTM mismatches , unconfirmed trade bookings, missing trade bookings ,collateral movements, non-receipts and payments and interest claims that are payable or receivable
Process Trade Exceptions and/or tasks assigned as per the defined procedures and timelines
Investigate and resolve breaks related to financial mismatches, unconfirmed or missing trade bookings, collateral movements, non-receipts, payments and interest claims that payable or receivables
Manage the critical aspects of the process using subject matter expertise
Provide product and process training for the new joiners
Ensure SOPs are updated with the changes on an ongoing basis
Perform quality control checks in the process and ensure error free processing
Support junior staff in resolving complex queries and tasks
Support MIS and dashboard preparation tasks

Salary:INR 2,50,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
