To understand the importance of good panel care To work with the team to resolve panel member issues or problems which require attention. Take calls from panel members, assist them with their queries. Setting up and managing the payment of incentives to panel members. Documenting the processes for payment, answering queries and other panel care related processes. Reporting any surveys that lead to bad panel experience Panel retention and recruitment Ensuring the global policies on the panel retention policies and surveys are customized for the MENA panel and is run on a regular basis. Reporting on panel health metrics on a regular basis to the local team and the global panel management team. Participate in the panel recruitment drives ensuring right incentives are in place Panel Data Library. To possess a very good understanding of the panel data library. To document and publish on a regular basis the panel code book. Setting up profiling surveys to ensure the PDL library is regularly updated. Panel experience and profiling surveys. Document the current process of panel member experience and those of new recruits to the panel.
