JOB DECRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be a Mechanical / Civil Engineer who will control all of production process from receiving drawings to dispatch fabricated materials such as preparation, cutting, perforating, welding, fitting, assembling, grinding, plasting and painting.
To supervise daily activities and workflow of production
To study production schedules and estimate worker’s hour requirements for completion of job assignment
To manage all aspects of production to meet all guideline
To prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
To increase the productivity.
To suggest changes to working conditions and use or equipment’s to increase efficiency of shop, department or work crew
To increase the productivity.
To minimize and eliminate any production mistakes
To oversee all aspects of inventory control, quality assurance and equipment maintenance or repair.
To meet the required target on time (by any means)
To improve labor skills, especially skilled helper and try to develop & achieve a new profession such as fabricator / welders / painter by using the potential of the same labor.
Workshop housekeeping should be done proficiently.
Solving labor problems and arranging requirement in the optimum condition between management and workshop.
All workshop equipment’s to be processed onthe proper time to extinction of SOUICES Maintaining proper control over the tools, consumables, etc.
Improving all theprocesses suchas:
-Fabrication: to be faster, within the time scheduled, and zero mistakes.
-Welding: without defect
-Painting: to be faster without any flaws.
