Job Description:

Provide Technical Support to Broadband(ADSL) related issues.
2) Strong working knowledge of ADSL troubleshooting is preferred.
3) Proven knowledge of troubleshooting Modem, Router, Email and Browser related issues.
4) Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to solve problems
5) Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
6) At least 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
7) Ability to learn quickly and stay current with new business processes and new technologies.
