We are now seeking a talented Training Officer to join our award winning team based within our HR Division in Abu Dhabi.
This critical role will be responsible for the support, development and implementation of Learning and Development activities for KEO employees to ensure quality learning outcomes.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;
• Assisting in training needs analysis to determine areas of learning demand.
• Researching, writing and facilitating a range of core training topics relevant to the business.
• Reviewing external training providers to determine skills and suitability to KEO requirements.
• Supporting internal training providers in management of training.
• Assisting in the development of the annual Training Plan.
• Coordinating Learning and Development activities e.g. training courses for KEO employees run by inhouse or external provider, including invitations, venue, equipment & sign on sheets, training records etc.
• Preparing materials for training courses e.g. handouts, equipment requirements.
• Maintaining training records, including certifications, in line with audit requirements.
• Prepare regular L&D reports, incorporating statistical data and success metrics.
• Additional training functions as required.

Requirements
To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum of 2+ years career experience in a similar role partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Adult Education or similar.
