Our client is seeking a Director who will oversee customer operations, service centre & call centre in line with the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for implementing strategy along with identifying, recommending and developing improvements in process and procedures. Additionally you will monitor the financial performance of the customer service function to ensure swift rectification of any under-performance.
To be suitable for this role you must be a United Arab Emirates National with a family book. You will hold a degree or above from a reputable university. You will have high levels of communication along with having at least 10 years experience including management skills. It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of licensing/ UAE registration within economic/special zones.
