Position: WorkForce Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Key responsibilities::
Develop progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve operating performance and efficiency.
Streamline and manage the daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Lead critical projects to improve workflow processes.
Project management skills are required for success in this role.
Salary: INR 12,00,000 – 15,00,000 P.A

Desired Profile:

Minimum 7-8 years experience in WFM in BPO.

Experience in Capacity Planning, Forecasting, MIS Reporting etc. (mandatory)
Experience of working in WFM in ITES/BPO environment preferred.
Team Handling experience required
Excellent analytical problem solving
Good writing skills to communicate with business and technical teams
Education:UG -Any Graduate – Any Specialization
PG – Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
