Installation ceremony of MANUU Teachers’ Association held

Hyderabad: The installation ceremony of Maulana Azad National Urdu University Teachers’ Association was held yesterday in which the newly elected office bearers administered the oath of office. Mr. Zafar Sareshwala, Chancellor of MANUU attended the function as the Chief Guest. Dr. Junaid Zaker has been elected President of Teachers’ Association for the third time. Prof. Syed Najamul Hasan, Chairman of election committee administered the oath of office to the office bearers. Dr. Mohammed Junaid Zakir (President), Dr. Malik Rehan Ahmed (Vice President), Mr. Shaheeruzaman (General Secretary), Dr. Sadatullah Shareef (Joint Secretary), Dr. B. Kotaiah (Joint Secretary) and Syed Aman Obeid (Treasurer) took the oath.

 

In his speech, Mr. Sureshwala told that for doing anything good, their no need for any mandate. University can be successful only through student-centered activities. He advised the teachers to identify the talents of the students.

 

In his speech, the newly elected president of MANUUTA, Dr. Junaid Zaker told that deterioration of thoughts is responsible for the downfall of the nations.

 

Prof. Najamul Hasan presented the report of the election. Dr. Aleem Basha, member of election committee conducted the meeting and proposed vote of thanks.
