Job Description:

Position:Internal Mobility Consultant (to support APAC region client)
Exp:-4-7 Years
Timings:6 AM to 3 PM
Note: APAC Recruitment experience would be an added advantage.

Function: Internal Mobility Consultant

Dedicated team responsible for promoting and managing Internal Mobility across the client, including:
Working to support internal and international initiatives with respect to internal mobility
Ensuring that all policies and guidelines with respect to internal moves are followed, validating the eligibility of internal applicants
Acting as the candidate advocate for internal applicants
Supporting the clients redeployment programs where required
Working with the Talent Acquisition team in order to promote internal.
Assisting with the internal recruitment process and working closely with the clients internal mobility specialists in making sure that internal mobility is an attractive proposition for the business.
Responsibilities will include the following:

Ensuring that internal policies and guidelines with respect to internal moves and promotions are followed, validating the eligibility of internal applicants.
Working with Recruitment Partners to promote and cultivate internal applicants for roles wherever possible.
Working to support internal and international initiatives with respect to internal mobility
Acting as the candidate advocate for internal applicants, providing guidance on the recruitment process to the internal support coordinators who will be acting as a point of contact for internal applicants.
Working with the Resourcing Partners to ensure all roles are promoted internally according to the Clients policy
Proactively identifying and creating internal talentpools based on established internal mobility preferences.
Managing the hiring of client employees based in other regions and provide guidance on the relocation / transfer processes
Sourcing and screening suitable candidates from the available internal talent pools and providing short lists to the Resourcing Partner. Ensuring that all contact is appropriate for an internal applicant.
Working with Resourcing Partners to promote and cultivate internal applicants for roles wherever possible, making maximum use of the internal only period for vacancies
Working with the Clients Recruitment Business Partners in order to promote internal mobility through career forums and other events, develop specific promotional material for business areas and locations
Managing any redeployment programs, ensuring redeployees are provided with an exemplary service and are considered for any suitable roles internally.
Ensuring that all internal candidates receive feedback on any roles applied for and any interviews attended.
Ensuring all candidate contact reflects the Clients brand and values.
Gaining a strong understanding of the RS Remit within the client and work as an active team player in the team in achieving objectives and exceeding expectations.
Meeting all SLA’s pertaining to the role.
Ad hoc projects as required.
Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.
The requirements of this role may change over time and staff are required to comply with all such reasonable changes.
