Jagan Making Efforts to Stop defections

Hyderabad: Irked over some of the party MLAs shifting their loyalty to TDP, the YSRC Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy is putting his best efforts to stop defections.
As the TDP leaders were claiming that more than 30 MLAs from the opposition are ready to join the ruling party, Jagan is bestowing his attention on prevailing upon his party MLAs to remain with it. In his efforts in tackling the ruling party’s mind game, Jagan was holding continuous meetings with party MLAs, who are suspected to join the TDP, from all districts.
On Friday, he held a meeting with party leaders from Guntur and Prakasam districts, where they discussed mainly on preventing defections. Jagan was trying to elicit information from the MLAs on the pressures they were getting from the ruling party.
Meanwhile, Telugu Desam party leaders were stating that YSRC will become empty by March 5. While Bhooma Nagireddy had already joined TDP, rumours were making rouneds about some other leaders luke Mysoora Reddy leaving the YSRC and joining the TDP. (NSS)
