Washington: Jennifer Lopez now owns Bel Air, one of the most stunning mansion, in Los Angeles.
The 46-year-old singer has shelled out whopping Rs. 28 million dollars on eight-acre sprawling multi-structure compound estate, TMZ.com reports.
The ‘Feel the Light’ hit-maker purchased the stunning mansion from actress Sela Ward, who initially demanded 40 million dollars for the property.
Designed by architecture Samuel Marx in 1954, the 13,000 square feet house has seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a maids unit, an art studio and other livable separate quarters.
The ‘Booty’ hit-maker had put her Hidden Hills home on sale for 12.5 million dollars. (ANI)
