Senior Congress leader and former Speaker of Assembly Mr. K R Suresh Reddy refuted allegations of meeting Chief Minister at latter’s farm house and decision to join TRS. He said he is a Congressman and will remain in the Congress till his last breath. As the rumours of Mr. K R Suresh joining TRS spread, President Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee Captain Uttam Kumar Reddy who arrived at Hyderabad from US on Friday morning itself spoke to Suresh Reddy and other leaders.
Later addressing a press conference at Gandhi Bhawan, the former speaker told that he never went to KCR’s farm house nor he intended to joint TRS. He further maintained that his family is associated with Congress for the past 100 years and he too remained MLA for 20 years. He said he would work for the development of his area by remaining in Congress and would serve the people and would work to boost the morale of party members.
