KCR is Modi’s agent: Jeevan

Congress leader T Jeevan Reddy today accused Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao of acting like an agent of Prime Minister Narendra Modi over demonetization issue instead of becoming a public agent. It seems that TRS is planning to have truck with the BJP government at the Centre and is supporting Modi Government on note ban row at the cost of state interests he charged.

Talking at media point after the first day of Winter session of Assembly adjourned to Saturday, Jeevan Reddy alleged that KCR is talking in favour of Modi Government on note ban. He observed that there is some change in the attitude of KCR after his meeting with Modi in Delhi a few days ago. He criticized that short discussion on note ban was meant for chief minister to talk and KCR is unmindful of the problems of 10 per cent of people are lining up in queues at the banks across the state. Jeevan Reddy alleged that treasury benches ignored the Congress plea to pay homage to those died in the process of withdrawing their money from Banks and ATMs. He demanded that KCR should make it public about his discussion with Modi over demonetization row. The Congress leader found fault that KCR government is least bothered of people lining up in long queues for money at Banks and ATMs.(NSS)
