Kejriwal to address public meeting in Goa on May 22

Panaji: Setting its eyes on BJP-ruled state of Goa, going to polls next year, the Aam Aadmi Party will organise a public meeting of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on May 22 here.

The meeting would be preceded by a bike rally to be led by actress and party leader Gul Panag on May 13.

The proposed rally of Kejriwal would be his first in the state after formation of his party.

AAP’s state unit convener Rajashree Nagarcekar said, “Around 250 bikers are expected to participate in Panag’s rally here. Panag would lead the rally which will start at Goa Medical College on May 13 at 4 PM.”

She said the rally is being organised to create awareness about Kejriwal’s meeting.

The rally will pass through sub-urban places around the state capital before culminating at Azad Maidan.

AAP has already announced that it will contest all 40 seats in 2017 polls.
