Kidnapped US woman call 911, leads police to discover, 2 bodies

Ashland, Ohio: A woman called Ohio police dispatcher to say that she had been kidnapped by an unidentified man and was just inches away from her alleged abductor’s bedroom.

The scared woman told the police.”Please hurry. I’m afraid he might hear me and catch me and he’s strong.”

When Ashland police officers came to the victim’s rescue after 20 minutes. They were shocked to found two more dead bodies at the crime scene.

They police discovered the kidnapper who is identified as Shawn Grate, 40, confessed to murdering two women. He was charged with kidnapping and two counts of murder in the deaths of Griffith and 43-year-old Stacey Stanley.

According to the court documents.Grate allegedly kidnapped the woman, forcing her to engage in sexual activity since Sunday. Another hearing was also scheduled for Monday morning and has been held on a bond of $1 million.
