We have an urgent opening as a State Head – Sales, for a reputed paint industry .
Designation : State head – Sales
Location : Chennai( responsible for Tamilnadu), Hyderabad( Responsible for Andhra Pradesh)
Experience : Minimum 10 Years
NOTE : Looking for candidates from Paint, Ceramic and Tiles Industry
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the development & performance of all sales activities under state.
2. Maintaining contact with dealers/channel sales partner to ensure high level of satisfaction.
3. Developing & implementing business plans & sales strategy to ensure attainment of company objective to ensure maximum growth & profitability.
4. Evaluating several depot performance & making action plans.
5. Conducting regular coaching & counselling for team members to build motivation & improve selling skills.
6. Manage multiple branches.
7. Responsible for team management.
8. Responsible for Depot functioning.
9. Handle customer/dealer complaints.
10. Maintaining the collection index of the territory.
