A 25-year-old man was beaten to death in Jagatgirigutta police limits.
According to police, the victim, M. Lakhan, of Subhash Chandrabose Nagar was returning home on Saturday night along with his friends. En route, he had an argument with one Nagaraju and Nani who allegedly beat him using sticks. He sustained grievous injuries and was declared brought dead when rushed to a nearby hospital. Lakhan used to run a footwear shop near his residence.
Police have registered a case of murder against Nagaraju and Nani who are said to be absconding. (INN)
