BJP MLA Ramachandra Reddy today said in the assembly that a large number of workers have lost their jobs following closure of many factories around city outskirts.
Appreciating the government’s efforts to bring and provide services of 24 departments at one place for clearing process for according license for setting up factories, the BJP MLA wanted to know what measures the government has taken in establishing factories by BCs and minority people. He also waned to know what measures the government has taken for development of girijans. Ramachandra Reddy also suggested that the government set up a committee to go into the reasons for closure and re-opening of closed factories. (NSS)
